Failed generation costs nothing

If a code fails to generate, the credit returns to your balance automatically.

Unused credits

Refundable within 14 days of purchase, minus credits already spent, to the original payment method. Email 15334786577@163.com with your PayPal transaction ID.

Pro plans

Cancellable with a pro-rata refund within 7 days; after that the plan runs to the end of its term.

What we cannot refund

Credits spent on codes already generated. If a printed code did not scan and the fault is ours, tell us — we will regenerate and credit you back.
